Frameware Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence engineer for a Sacramento area client. The contractor will provide expertise designing, developing and implementing a SQL Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence (BI) solution. The contractor will assist with all parts of an internal Data Warehouse reporting system including Extract, Transform and Load(ETL)/Extract, Load and Transform (ELT) pipelines, Data modeling, Reporting for end users, and data pipelines for machine learning.

Job Type: 1 Year Contract (1099 or Corp-to-Corp), and Two 1 Year Optional Renewals

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a lead within the last 7 years

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in working directly with stakeholders and implementing end-to-end business intelligence solutions including data models, data pipelines and BI products to solve complex business requirements
• Minimum seven (7) years of Experience in designing and implementing Data Warehouse architectures, Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) technologies, Star-schema, Snowflake schema and Aggregation techniques
• Minimum seven (7) years of Experience in maintaining the Data Warehouse structure to support the software development life cycle (SDLC) phases
• Minimum seven (7) years of Experience in traditional Data Warehousing/ETL tools
• Minimum seven (7) years of Experience with Data Warehouse concepts and architecture
• Minimum seven (7) years of Experience producing requirements documents, systems architecture and interfaces, data model diagrams, configuration management documents, and procedural manuals
• Minimum two (2) years of experience using a variety of cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Azure or Google Platform
• Minimum two (2) years of experience using of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure SQL, and Azure App Service
• Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting enterprise solutions within a health care
• Experience completing a data warehouse and Business intelligence implementation through an entire Software Development Life Cycle

Desirable Qualifications:

• Two (2) or more years of experience in a coaching/mentoring role
• Two (2) or more years of experience with organizational change management
• Two (2) or more years of experience with Oracle database development/administration
• Two (2) or more years of experience in developing/administering Power BI
• Two (2) or more years of experience supporting enterprise solutions within a health care organization
