Stratfield Consulting is seeking a passionate Back-end Java Engineer with strong Spring boot and AWS skills for a long-term contract opportunity. This project will be supporting digital menus via restful APIs working Java, Spring boot, AWS, Postgres, JSON, and APIs on a highly collaborative team.
This is a full-time, 6-12 months contract, consulting opportunity for our client in the Atlanta area. This position is 100% remote and must be willing to work east coast hours. PLEASE NOTE: W-2 candidates ONLY, no C2C allowed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent experience required.
Experience: 5+ years’ experience as a software engineer working on enterprise level applications.
5+ years of experience working with Java v8 or above and AWS (or similar cloud platform).
Tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, and JSON manipulation
Must be able to work in a highly autonomous and collaborative environment.
Experience in Agile / Scrum environment is preferred.
