SQL & .NET Developer – Contract
Investment Bank – London City
6 Month Contract - £500 - per day
Harrington Starr is working with an Investment Bank based in London City who are looking to hire a T-SQL and ETL Developer with C#.NET to work with the front office trading business working on building out a new Market Data Platform. The role will require you full experience with .NET and also you will need solid experience with ETL, SSIS and SQL Server development.
As the Senior Database Developer you will join a newly formed development team to add experience into building this new Market Data platform. The role requires client facing experience where you will be gathering requirements from the end users you will build out a pricing database that is used by the front office. You will have strong Database development using T-SQL, SQL Server 2012 and have extensive knowledge with ETL. The role will require heavy lifting for Data manipulation and Data transformation. Also working on Server Side Development with C# including multi-threading. The role will operate the full development lifecycle and you will also have knowledge of TDD. Any knowledge of fixed income, equities, futures and options would be highly advantageous.
