<li>The primary skill requirement is for database development (MS SQL Server).</li>
<li>Experience in SSIS, SSRS</li>
<li>VB.Net is to be used only for 10% of the project.</li>
<li>The main work is around SQL Server database.</li>
<li>The candidates are expected to know the basic DB transactions, performance tuning (not at a DBA level but should have exposure to query tuning), tables, triggers, etc.</li>
