SQL Developer

We are looking for an experienced SQL & Application Developer to join our small application support and development team to help us enhance our Siclops and Servicepower systems and expanding on our bespoke Portal which sits over these applications used to simplify and improve our Sales functions and our customer experience.

We have a programme to expand the functionality of this portal to include additional business areas, products & processes as well as integrating with 3rd Party Customer Contact Service Providers systems.

The portal has been developed using Angular & Node JS and interfaces with Siclops using our own set of Node Express REST API's which interface direct with the Siclops SQL Database and integration to Servicepower is via their SOAP API's. The main function will be to develop SQL Stored Procedures & API's to automate and improve the systems functionality. Further expansion of the role would be to assist with the development of the portal itself & its supporting middleware.

Role Requirements:

To help improve the business performance and efficiency by working with the Business and the Application support team to design and develop:

• Improved system integration between Siclops and Servicepower.
• Integration between Siclops & Servicepower to a 3rd party Customer Contact Service provider
• Redevelopment of Engineer Field Application to expand functionality and allow for the consolidation of the various applications in use.
• System functionality to automate remove manual processes

We require an experienced SQL developer who has a proven track record of working with Service Management and Scheduling systems, ideally Siclops and Servicepower.

Essential Skills:

• Microsoft SQL Server / TSQL Agile
• Rest & SOAP API's
• Understanding and appreciation of end to end Business process and the various systems used to support the business
• Appreciation of SAP systems used to support the Business and the various interfaces in use.
