Web Developer (Remote)

*NOTE: Due to limitations with Covid-19, we are open to this position working remotely most of the time, but candidate must live in either the Atlanta area, or Chattanooga, TN area so they can be available to work in our office as a full time employee once limitations with Covid-19 has passed.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting PSD design files into fully responsive websites, typically built on Wordpress for presentational sites, and WooCommerce for e-commerce solutions. Must be confident in your ability to develop custom php templates for Wordpress and WooCommerce, and build sites that are fast and stable. Must have experience using Advanced Custom Fields in Wordpress and building them into custom php templates for Wordpress.

Responsibilities

• Convert PSD designs into fully responsive website
• Develop fast and stable Wordpress & WooCommerce sites with custom PHP templates
• Monitor project deliverables
• Self-driven to learn and figure out questions on your own. When in doubt, Google it.
• Make suggestions on ways we can improve our development process

Qualifications

• Experience in responsive web development, specifically LAMP stack environments with custom PHP for Wordpress
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Experience working in Marketing and Advertising realm
• Knowledge of Digital Advertising and platforms such as Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Strong GoogleFoo for solving problems

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
