Job Description: Provide Node JS development expertise for AWS Lambda
Build API integrations with AWS Lambda functions using API Gateway
Build and maintain environment diagrams and documentation
Work closely with the Digital Product Development team on releases and deployments
Provide after hours and weekend support for production systems
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 6 years of experience handling Production-level software deployments, monitoring, and support
Minimum 2 years professional Node JS development experience with demonstrated proficiency
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, including: API Gateway and Lambda
Knowledge of REST API design and development best practices
Front-end development utilizing HTML, Javascript (Angular, React, etc.) and CSS (desired, not required)
Knowledge of REST API design and development best practices, inclusive of JSON Web Tokens and server-side authorization techniques
Experience with Akamai's Identity Cloud (JanRain) desired
