We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing Hospital. This position requires meeting directly with customers to determine needs and building custom applications per specifications. Responsible for the development of project plans specific to projects they are tasked to complete. Acts as project manager for their projects. Responsible for interface implementation and ongoing maintenance and documentation and training of the applications the teams build.

Knowledge, Skills, and ability needed:
Ability to perform code reviews and enforce code and development standards
Analyzing and resolving crises quickly and efficiently
Managing multiple tasks and switching rapidly without losing efficiency or focus
Analyzing utilization reports and resource requirements
Strong user interface and navigation design instincts
Strong skills in all aspects of report design and development.
Knowledge of Internet applications (web browsers, FTP) 11. Communicating effectively with users and vendors
.NET, C#, VB/VBA/VB Script, Visual Studio, SQL, and Microsoft Development Tools.
Knowledge of FTP (moving, organizing, and copying of files), web-based applications, internet security, and software installation on a broad range of platforms preferred.
At least one year of experience in effectively managing development projects from inception to completion.
