Synchro are currently working exclusively with a high growth online ecommerce retailer based in London. We are recruiting on their behalf for a contract Ecommerce Software Development Manager to join a growing and well funded tech team.
Ecommerce experience is a must for this role.
We are seeking an established manager of multidisciplined development teams to run a software development team consisting of 12 including agile delivery co-ordinators, business analysts, developers and QAs.
You will have experience managing the full spectrum of development activities from gathering and refining requirements from the product teams and business stakeholders and communication of technical issues to business users, to working on all areas within an ecommerce model.
What we are looking for:
· An established manager of multidisciplined development teams
· Experience of managing software developers
· Experience of the online ecommerce retail space
· Experience with Java is desirable
· Experience with Jnce of RDBMS, e.g. MySQL, SQL Server
· Wide experience of development and frameworks
· Involved in the day to day development process where your previous technical experience allows (e.g. agile delivery co-ordination, analysis, coding, QA)
· Provide strong leadership and direction to the ecommerce development function and align your team with the business vision and strategy.
· Hybris/SAP Commerce ecommerce platform experience would be beneficial but not essential

DUARTION: 7 months
DAY RATE: £650 - £700
