Software Developer (Asp.Net MVC | C#) – 3 Months initial – Remote Working – Outside IR35

An experienced Asp.Net MVC Software Developer is required to work for a leading e-commerce organisation on a contract basis to assist with a critical development project for the business.

The successful Asp.Net MVC Software Developer will work on the current legacy code base to reduce the core HTML generated from one of their webpages.

The Asp.Net MVC Software Developer will have extensive experience developing windows applications with a strong understanding of SOLID Principles. Working within an Agile environment the Asp.Net MVC Software Developer will work with a highly experienced team on projects which will have a huge impact on the organisation moving forward.

Essential Skills and experience:

• Extensive experience working as a Software Developer / Application Developer
• Solid commercial web development programming experience, and of developing windows applications
• Excellent capabilities with Microsoft technologies including VB.NET and/or C#, SQL SERVER 2005 onwards.
• Browser client development:  ASP.NET 4.0, HTML 4.0, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3.0, MVC
• Understanding of browser compatibility issues and platform characteristics including mobile platforms

Role details:

• Job role: Software Developer / Application Developer
• Job Type: Contract
• Duration: 3 months with view of extension
• IR35 status: Outside IR35 – You will also be expected to complete a QDOS assessment
• Rate: £350 per day
• Location: remote with 1 day per week on-site (Leicester)
