This software engineer position includes around 60-70% automation and 30-40% manual testing of the product. The candidate should be proficient in writing code.
Qualifications:
A Software Engineer who has the following with 2+ years of experience: MUST HAVE : Java Development and Selenium experience Object oriented Java programing skills - This is needed so that they can create classes and methods which are basic building blocks for OOPs Selenium UI based and/or RestAssured API based automation skills (develop/design from scratch, maintain and triage execution) Good understanding of Json/XML input/output and rest based web services Good understanding of Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins Test case planning based on Application design Creating Test cases and test plans Solid trouble shooting skills Solid understanding of Unit testing framework Great attitude and culturally a good fit for Intuit Familiarity building/maintaining testing framework is a plus
