Job Profile Summary
Develop applications software projects including functional requirements, analysis, applications and user interface design, database design, security control setup, testing, documentation, and implementation in Office 365 environment.
This includes implementations of customized products using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, MS Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications software projects using O365 products (SharePoint Online, MS Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI) including functional requirements, analysis, applications and user interface design, database design, security control setup, testing, documentation, and implementation.
• Customize and branding of SharePoint sites, workflow design and custom web part design to meet business requirements.
• Developing complex workflows with SharePoint Designer and MS Flow to meet business requirements
• Designs and implements customized reports using PowerBI based on business needs. Documents report specifications and procedures as well as monitors and changes reports.
• Provides user interface and assistance relating to the utilization of the business application in day-to-day operations. Provides user training as required.
• Research on potential technology solutions and make recommendation on best solutions to meet business requirements.
• Install, configure and customize commerical-off-the-shelf (COTS) software applications to meet approved project requirements.
• Provide application support interacting directly with the end-users, application administrators, and functional and technical resources.
• Manage relationships with IT and Business Partners, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Giving demos and presentations to a variety of audiences
• Prepare metrics, activity and progress reports regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Follow standard operations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years required with SharePoint (on-premise or Online)
• Required experience with SharePoint Designer and workflows.
• Experience with Plumsail SPforms Designer desired.
• Experience with MS Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI desired.

Work Conditions:
May require some travelling for meetings, conferences etc Because the Red Cross is a disaster response organization, staff may be asked to be on 24-hour call during period of major disaster.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Salary: $58.00 to $66.00 /hour
