ServiceNOW Implementation Analyst / ServiceNOW Business Analyst / ServiceNOW Lead Consultant contract available for a Technology company looking to implement ServiceNOW as there core service management system. This contract is to lead delivery of ServiceNOW platform. It is envisioned this will be around 6 months in duration.
Core activities:
* Engage as the Subject Matter Expert on ITSM best practices
* Provide direction in business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors, stakeholders, architects and consultants
* Developing required documentation such as sprint stories, presentations, workshop agenda, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities
* Identify areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and provide recommendations for solutions that detail advantages, disadvantages and associated risks
* Gain trusted advisor status with the internal or external customer throughout the engagement from inception to completion
* Promoting continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs, dashboards and RACI
* Managing and communicating ITSM process and business requirements to the delivery team as a bridge to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations
* Drive the customer roadmap discussions and decisions to promote future capabilities in upcoming releases
* Apply information security in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the organisation.
You will need:
Experience with leading ITSM toolsets such as ServiceNow, HP Service Desk, HP Service Manager, CA Service Desk, IBM, TSRM / CCMDB and remedy ARS
Extensive skills driving large scale, complex global change initiatives and programs to a successful implementation
Solid experience in requirements gathering, including skills in creating process documentation
