Our client is looking for a technical resource that has advanced administration capabilities and can design, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and integrations. This personal is self-motivated individual who sees himself growing in ITSM Manager position.
Work under the guidance of Development Manager and Project Manager
Develop applications by writing acode and based upon design specifications and business requirements
Develop dynamic workflows and support IT Asset Management lifecycle management
Develop, maintain and publish reports to support IT Asset Management
Collaborate with ServicesNow resources on patching, hot fixes, platform upgrades, platform testing related to new / existing platform capabilities and functionality
Support implementation, ongoing care / feeding and ServiceNow related integrations
Support and maintain existing ServiceNow functionality and capabilities
Work on various project initiatives
Take active role with development group and share knowledge and mentor others
MUST HAVE FOR SERVICENOW ADMINISTARTOR / SERVICENOW DEVELOPER /ITSM LEAD :
SDLC knowledge
4+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow environment
Advanced System Administration experience, Scripting and Application Creation experience
Develop, implement, enhance and manage ServiceNow Platform for a moderate to large IT Services group
Must be able to work cooperatively and autonomously
