Demonstrates basic knowledge of and expertise in the systems life cycle, system specific programming language, and project tracking software.

  • Exhibits the ability to install, test, maintain, document and provide technical support for systems software and to modify existing and create new systems software.

Data Integration Dept Web Center Dept

  • Work within a team environment, under the direction and oversight of senior team members.
  • Gather and document business process requirements for system integration, including data mapping, data flows, and required data transformations
  • Review and evaluation of integration methods, standards and formats for specific financial and clinical applications
  • Develop and maintain simple to moderately complex HL7 interface components between clinical and financial systems utilizing JavaCaps Enterprise Suite, based on the designs developed by senior team members or individually developed designs approved by senior team members.
  • Creation and maintenance of batch scheduled data transfer procedures (FTP’s, encryptions, etc).

  • Complete SDLC process responsibilities for documentation, testing, migration, validation and support. Responsible to learn and apply Industry best practices for data integration.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with ServiceNow, developing core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Asset Management
  • ServiceNow Admin Certification
  • Expertise with workflows, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, script includes
  • Experience with web service integrations (REST, SOAP), Mid Server configuration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large scale, enterprise ITSM implementations
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, SDLC, Change Management, and Incident Management - ITIL v3 certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 to $65.00 /hour
