ServiceNow Developers And Lead Developers - Permanent & Contract - London - £500/550 p/day or Permanent depending on experience
The role will involve working closely with clients leading a small implementation team to provide process analysis defining ‘to-be’ in line with ITIL best practice and defining requirements and approach for implementation of ServiceNow.
This will also involve managing stakeholders, project tasks as well as in-depth hands on technical involvement.
To apply you will need to have a proven background working within the implementation of ServiceNow projects / solutions into client environment. You will have a strong understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) solutions and good knowledge of ITIL.
You will have strong technical experience working within HTML, CSS, XML and Javascript developing integration using web services, SOAP, email and plugins. You will demonstrate the ability to lead a team through technical project and show the communication skills and experience to be responsible for project delivery working with clients / stakeholders.
