We are working with a digital product consultancy who are assisting an end client with an ongoing product cloud migration.
They are seeking a Service Delivery Manager or Service Design Consultant who can offer both technical expertise with MS Azure as well as act as an ongoing advisory to join a small team of consultants delivering this solution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the below areas:
IT Service Delivery: Experience of being part of IT Service Delivery organisation - this will be of benefit in terms of clarity around the level of detail that is necessary to create repeatable, deterministic procedures.
Process Design & Procedure Development: Prior responsibilities either around Service Process Design or Service Procedure development. This role is balanced approximately 10:90 in terms of the distribution of work between Process:Procedure.
ITIL: ITIL Certified (v3 or v4)
Azure Operations Architecture: Knowledge of Azure and specifically, the Azure native monitoring/management tools that will support the Cloud IT Operations teams (Azure Monitor, Azure Sentinel and Azure Security Centre).
We will require a self-starter to be able to navigate existing documentation/harvested knowledge as well as efficiently extracting information from the engineering team.
