Service Desk Analyst - SC clearance 3-month contract
My client is looking for Multiple Service Desk Analyst/Engineers, I'm looking for candidates who have good experience supporting Office 365, VPN and windows 10 related issues. You must be SC cleared, ideally candidates who can be available immediately will be preferred however if you have a notice period you will not be ruled out.
Essential skills/experience
-Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
-1/2nd line support
-experienced with Active Directory
-Experience with windows 10, android and IOS Support
-Basic networking skills (DHCP / DNS) - Routers, firewalls & Switches
-Experience dealing with VPN issues
-Experience supporting office 365
-Strong hardware and software support
-Must be SC cleared
-Totally Remote
