Senior UX/ UI Designer | Retail | Liverpool | £400 - £500/day

As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will utilise your skills to articulate the user needs and jobs to be done. You will be redesigning and rebuilding the retail and eCommerce Websites, App's & UI's. You'll be an original and creative thinker, with the ability to deliver exceptional and unique experience. You will be expected to interact and instil confidence in your ideas at the highest levels (up to and including the C-Suite).

Successful candidates will have the following experience:

• Solid experience of the use of animation and visual effects within app and web experiences.
• Understand visual design
• Confident in using Design tools (Sketch, Marvel, Balsamiq, etc).
• Design responsive web interfaces.
• Create graphic design assets suitable for the development team.
• UX patterns (Web & Mobile).
• Strong experience of Agile within a monolith.
• Confident challenging ideas and decisions, where appropriate, while remaining professional, articulate, clear and concise.
• Self-starter who thrives on achieving objectives.
• Experience with MVPs and then scaling out, all aspects of UX &UI Design - wireframes, sketches, prototypes, including responsive web, system and app (multichannel). (Examples and an in-depth design portfolio are paramount).
• Prioritising work, showcase designs, taking on feedback from a variety of stakeholders and pushing back where necessary.
