Senior UX Researcher – TEMP 3 months (possibility of extension past this) Locations : Various locations (Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester) Rate: up to £670 per day We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior UX Researcher to join our team on a key global digital transformation project.

This role will be remote working initially, once offices re-open it could be based from Birmingham, London, Manchester or Bristol.
The role is a 3 month contract, with the possibility of being extended to 12 months.
We are looking to pay the market rate and the role will be inside IR35 from April 2021.
You will responsible for: * Identifying and prioritising short and longer-term research plans * Working closely with our UX Designers and stakeholders to inform digital transformation and product strategy to create measurable impact throughout the lifecycle of the project. * Delivering accurate and usable insights by using a wide variety of methods such as: * field research, user interviews, diary studies, surveys, usability testing, ideation workshops, card sorting, tree testing, competitor analysis and any other methods in your arsenal. * Helping prioritise different audiences based on analysis and choosing the right tools for the job to summarise our audiences such as: * Personas/mindsets/user profile canvases/jobs to be done * Promoting and educating teams on the value of UCD * Being proactive/creative in order to reach out to the right people within the organisation to get to the right answers * Reviewing, analysing, and communicating qualitative and quantitative data findings You will have: * 4+ years experience as a UX researcher * In-depth knowledge of driving impact through delivering actionable insights and following through to their implementation/outcome * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting findings to key stakeholders and teams * Stakeholder management experience * Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to respectfully challenge the status quo where appropriate through direct and respectful conversations in order to reach the best possible solution. * Portfolio/case studies of previous experience (problem, process, outcome) * Nice to have: (Not essential) * Experience working within large organisations where UCD is less well understood and adjusting communication style as appropriate * Digital transformation experience * Previous experience working with big data/data catalogues and a surface level understanding of how they work
