Our financial services client needs a Senior UX Designer to join their team for a 1 year contract, 40 hours/week.
In this exciting opportunity the Senior UX Designer will join the team responsible for creating web and mobile dashboards that provide vast amounts of information to their clients, allowing them to make informed financial decisions through a seamless customer experience.
Top responsibilities: - Partner closely with product managers and internal stakeholders to define problems and create customer-focused solutions - Assist in research, take findings and apply to design decision making process - Creation of prototypes, wireframes, and transactional workflows that include search functions, filters, browsing - Design of data visualization elements, tables, etc. - Ensure all experiences and designs meet accessibility standards
Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Senior UX Designer: - 10+ years of experience, ideally with a background in the financial space or similar, heavily regulated industry - Work samples that show evidence of design problem solving, UI system implementation, user flows, wireframes, and modeling of user needs - Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Mural
This is a 12-month contract, 40 hrs/week, with the possibility to extend. The team is currently working remotely but this role is intended to be onsite once it is deemed safe to do so.
