Red Oak Technology is seeking a Senior User Experience Senior Product Designer for our client located in San Francisco, CA for a Contract to hire position. This position will work remotely until covid work restrictions are lifted. Responsibilities Focus on projects spanning across responsive web app digital experiences. Partner closely with the app core UX leads. Lead the development of features and functionality for companyrsquos checkout and payments. Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations and Marketing. Effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders and partners at any level. Own end to end design process of features and iterations. Influence the direction of your part of the journey by identifying and defining new feature opportunities. Leading an area of work as an individual contributor while supporting a small team of designers. Lead the development of features and functionality for companyrsquos checkout and payments. Qualifications BSBA degree required plus, five (5) years relevant UXVisual Design professional experience required. Experience with HCI, Interaction design, Psychology is a plus Five (5) yearsrsquo experience designing successful products, UX, and interfaces for a range of mobile devices. Ecommerce andor retail experience Responsive Web design and native App experience Proven experience of taking a product end to end, and all the stories that come with the experience tradeoffs, communication challenges, delays, quality review, exc. Extensive responsive web design experience Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills Usability and customer-focused design experience required Design outstanding interaction and interface solutions for which you can clearly articulate your rationale. Strong visual design sense with clean typography and layout understanding. Have experience visualizing, owning, and executing the creation of product from initial concepts and wireframes, to collaborating with engineers on implementation in an agile environment. Payment and checkout experience is a plus Figma experience is a plus
