Senior UX Designer (Remote)

The right candidate will have a knack for solving complex problems, simply. We are seeking a customer service driven, passionate information architect and UX / UI designer to help build custom software solutions for our customers. Candidates should answer ‘yes’ to all the following:

A user experience / software development background is a must for this role. Candidate must have a related bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities / Skills
Responsibilities and skills will include the following:

• Run / lead (HCD - Human Centered Design) ideation sessions alongside clients by oneself (and within a team) efficiently and effectively
• Assist customers with UX / visual design through workshops, user scenarios, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity design
• Conduct usability testing sessions both quantitative & qualitative
• Storytelling to connect the dots of user needs/flows, concepts, design principles and experience details, both within the team and outside.
• Collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams to conceive and produce new experiences, products and services
• Rapid iteration and prototyping to demonstrate interactive experiences across mediums, at times working closely with Architects and Engineers to realize a vision
• Design experiences for emerging technologies and improve research + design processes to maximize creative potential
• Background might include tool usage of After Effects, InVision, and Sketch App

• Front-end development skills a plus (HTML5, CSS, jQuery, etc.)
• Prior consulting experience (working with multiple clients) a plus
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work well in stressful situations and multitask while in fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $88,652.00 - $186,934.00 per year
