They are a software company who are working on a B2B Internal tool for one of their Financial clients and are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who has B2B Product experience. The company develop custom software that helps businesses do more by building solutions that make business processes more efficient.

About the Role

They are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who has worked on data driven projects, creating sophisticated Design products solving complex buisness problems. The Senior UI/UX Designer will design clean and functional components, like menus, tabs and widgets and tables and produce concepts and prototypes ranging from sketches and prototypes to production-ready designs. The Senior UI/UX Designer will gather insight from product teams and users to understand user/customer behaviours, and apply these findings to their User experience. The Senior UI/UX Designer role will involve stakeholder engagement on a day to day basis, so the Designer should have excellent communication skills. 

UI/UX Designer Responsibilities

• Gather insight, present findings, to improve User experience
• Engage with stakeholders
• Create concept sketches, user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction specifications
• Proactively drive discussions to develop and maintain the right focus on user experience

UI/UX Designer Requirements

• Strong UI/UX experience
• B2B Product experience
• Agile environment experience, working collaboratively
• Preffably have experience working in a data driven environment 
• Excellent communication skills is essential
• Ideally have experience working and presenting to stakeholders
