Position Description/Duties
Develop high performing solutions on the Force.com platform including application configuration, report development and data migration
Perform custom development and 3rd party integrations
Lead development work streams, from design through testing and deployment
Provide insight in advanced business analysis and conduct needs assessments
Lead business requirements analysis and translation of those requirements into customized
solutions using the Force.com platform
Assist project leadership with work effort estimation (required resources, realistic schedule)
Perform code reviews to ensure that all implemented Force.com solutions adhere to
platform and industry best practices and Federal guidelines
Lead, mentor and provide training for more junior developers
Make key contributions to client development and training
Assist client teams with high level post-delivery application and customer support
Perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities to position client for long-term success
Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information
with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks
