Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)
Duration: 06 Months contract to hire
Day to day:
We are looking for two Senior Salesforce Engineer who will be supporting an existing Point of Care CRM project that is critical to the customer base of this healthcare client. They will be responsible for heavy collaboration between architects, product management, design and will be building large enhancements to the existing platform. This Senior Salesforce Engineer will be joining a team currently made up of 3 Engineers in the US and 4 offshore but is in the process of growing the team to 12. Roughly 50% of their time will be spent mentoring more junior people on the team, conducting peer reviews as well as reviewing the code of external vendors and internal teams. They will also spend time working on tickets assigned to that sprint, having architecture conversations and signing off on packages before moving them out for release. Must haves:
7+ years of experience of hands-on custom development, architecture and design as a Salesforce Engineer or Architect 5+ years of custom Salesforce Lightning and Apex development Recent, hands-on development experience within Health Cloud OR Service Cloud Strong experience with UI/UX development Understand the principals of building managed packages for AppExchange Familiar with Salesforce Lighting Security Certified at least as a Salesforce Platform Development I Experience working in an Agile environment involving sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint demos and retrospectives Plusses:
Experience working with Salesforce Shield technologies like: (event monitoring, field audit rail, transaction security, platform encryption) Certified as a Salesforce Platform Developer II Experience working with offshore teams
