Job Description
Highly experienced Python developer required to implement core algorithmic components of a new simulation product. You will join a small but growing agile team and will work with data scientists and architects to undertake rapid prototyping in both back-end and front-end technologies.
Contract position Project duration: estimated up to 2+ years FULLY REMOTE from anywhere (yet available during UK day time) Rate: very competitive Start date: tomorrow :-) RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation of core algorithms in a GCP environment - Advising the architecture team on implementation best practices - Working with Unity game developers to deliver optimal solutions to real-time simulation problems Participating in code reviews

Requirements
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
Significant Python 3.x experience (writing Object Oriented Python code) Data science exposure Desirable: Experience of game or simulation development for AR/VR Desirable: Understanding of geospatial data (Openstreetmaps, Mapbox etc) NICE TO HAVE:
Python web frameworks NumPy C# Unity 3D Docker Kubenetes Familiar with CI/CD pipelines Significant experience using Jira/Confluence or similar tools as part of an Agile process OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
