Pay Rate / Benefits Overview
· Hourly $90 W2 rate (Overtime eligible)

· No paid time off (PTO), which includes 10 Federal holidays
Remote Work / Schedule
- Predominantly remote until COVID restrictions are lifted, but that is not expected anytime soon – Eventually will be required to come onsite to Houston, TX, Joliet, IL, or Owings Mills, MD location

Position Overview
- Seeking a senior-level networking engineering resource with active CCIE certification to play a major role in supporting firewall refresh projects across the Enterprise
- Reports to the IT Manager of Cloud and Enterprise Network Operations and Automation
- Responsible for Firewall, Load Balancing, Switch, Routers, DNS, Wireless and more.
- Responsible for improving automation for Network
- Improving support and trying to be one step ahead of problems to reduce business impact
Required Skills
· Work Authorization – US Citizen or Green Card
· Location – Within a commutable distance to either Houston, TX, Joliet, IL or Owings Mills, MD
- Certification – Active Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), preferably in Routing & Switches
- Experience – Minimum 6 years of professional Cisco network engineering experience, including experience with network security (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) ideally Cisco ASA or Firepower NGFW
- Experience migrating firewall rules and testing changing versions
- Experience supporting large network refreshes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
