Job Description:

• Perform maintenance and provide support;
• Provide modifications and enhancements as identified by the Department’s Contract Manager;
• Develop application components;
• Perform configuration changes;
• Perform systems analysis and design and program systems;
• Provide user support and perform problem-solving activities;
• Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, performance tuning, and implementation;
• Develop technical documentation and provide software maintenance;
• Develop test scripts to support unit testing and user acceptance testing;
• Develop and maintain a test schedule;
• Maintain testing log and produce test results report(s).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation (4+ years);
• Experience developing and maintaining database-driven, web-based applications (4+ years);
• Experience developing database-driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C#, VB6, VB.NET, ASP, and Oracle 12G databases (4+ years);
• FileNet is required;
• Experience using Oracle 12g databases and higher (4+ years);
• Experience using object-oriented development techniques (4+ years);
• Experience using n-tier logical/physical architected applications (4+ years);
• Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) (4+ years);
• Experience creating, modifying, and running (SQL) queries (4+ years);
• Experience performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing (4+ years);
• Experience with the Department’s e-Commerce Broker financial system (preferred);
• Experience with the Department's security and information technology procedures (preferred);
• Experience using Crystal Reports Server and Windows Script File (WSF) (preferred);
• Experience using Control-M, IBM FileNet P8 platform, and Windows Task Scheduler (preferred);
• Experience using the Department’s licensing systems (AALF, ALIS, DICE, FCDICE, FACS- DICE, ANDI, eAppoint, NFTI, and e-Commerce Broker) (preferred);
• Experience developing applications for the Department’s Office of Information Technology (preferred);
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff;
• Bachelor's degree in one of the computer science fields or in management information systems.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 to $50.00 /hour
