Senior JavaScript Developers (Remote)

Job Title: Senior JavaScript Developer 4x positions

Location: Remote, London

Salary: £50,000 - £85,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Brandwatch builds a suite of analytics software products that allow our customers to measure and predict consumer behaviour online. We process enormous quantities of unstructured consumer voice data; such as publicly available social media data, blogs, forums etc.... Our customers then search and analyse these data, using the tools we have built, to achieve various marketing and market research outcomes; for example: "What do consumers like about our new product?"

The Position:

The position requires confident applicants with high quality backgrounds in JavaScript code, ideally in a web application environment.

Requirements:

• Familiar with web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
• JavaScript frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular pr VueJS.
• Working with complex technical projects, and delivering iterative solutions that provide value at each step of the way.
• Bonus points for first hands-on experience with continuous integration technologies such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Open to working with our state-of-the-art technology stack, building single-page JavaScript applications using the react framework and technologies such as Jest, Webpack and Node.js.

The Candidate:

• Has prior industry experience of writing and shipping high quality JavaScript.
• Needs to be willing to coach other developers and inspire them to write high quality code.
• Is looking for an opportunity to provide technical leadership within a small team.
