Senior Java Consultant, Data Services - Leading European Investment Bank

My client, a top tier European investment bank, are looking to hire Senior Java developers on a contract basis to work in their data services group for enterprise risk systems. This candidate must have excellent technical knowledge of Java, Spring and REST, and will also have strong experience using database integration skills in a professional capacity. This candidate may also be expected to give 3rd level intraday support to the team, with remote working being considered and encouraged.

Required Skills:

• Excellent software design, coding and analysis skills
• Demonstrable excellent knowledge of Java and Spring
• Very good database skills preferable: T-SQL
• Ideally, strong experience working within the Finance sector
• Ideally, knowledge of risk management, esp. market or counterparty risk
