Mid-Level - Senior Graphic Designe:
We’re looking for a self-starter Mid-Level - Senior Graphic Designer that always brings their A-game. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You should have a desire to both collaborate and lead because you know that the best work and most successful designers not only strive for their personal best, but also inspire others to produce great work. Responsibilities:
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, teamwork, flexibility and interpersonal skills
- Develop brand-appropriate graphic strategies and visual identity aesthetic executions that clearly communicate brand goals
- Support B2B sales materials and B2B support site for partners
- Create and execute print and digital collateral including but not limited to brochures, ads, presentations decks, infographics, web pages, emails, newsletters and promotional items.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams to produce a wide range of materials and media that may include web pages, presentation, signage, internal communications, newsletters, policyholder and marketing materials.
- Consult with internal stakeholders, and vendors on creative project needs and present concepts with supporting brand and marketing rationale.
- Ask questions of initial job requests, initial directives, or any of the Project Management Team themselves prior to starting tasks
- Take a calm, independent approach to troubleshooting difficult jobs and technical glitches, while developing and sharing innovative solutions
- Anticipate feedback, requests, and create efficiencies wherever possible in the process.
- Have an opinion, stance, and produce suggestions across all projects and products.
- Proven track record of leading creative from conception to final execution of integrated campaigns
- Align the company’s written and digital medial around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
- Maintain brand continuity and visual appearance in print, digital and multimedia environments.
- Update and maintain internal databases of forms, materials, designs, and photography.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience:
- B.A. degree in graphic design, interactive design, advertising or another design-related program
- 5+ years of Online and Offline design experience.
- Excellent teamwork, outstanding communication skills, analytical, problem solving, and research.
- Expertise in online design including emails, landing pages, websites, pitch decks, social media design work, and infographics
- Offline design including direct mail, brochures, print ads and other offline media
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Proficiency in PowerPoint is required as well
- Strong understanding of fundamental design principles for print that affect typography, composition, color, use of space and hierarchy of information
- Undertake additional responsibilities as opportunities arise and take a proactive approach to problem solving and building consensus
- Ability to integrate design and animation to create engaging PowerPoint presentations
- A die-hard work ethic and the ability to thrive in an exceptional team environment. Should be comfortable with multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities, and meeting project deadline
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects simultaneously (may be 5 or more) with stakeholders, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Self-starter who can execute on ideas, manage and prioritize multiple design tasks
- Highly organized, extremely detail oriented
- Ability to manage incoming requests efficiently and independently
