Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

Gill, Denson & Company is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy primarily focused on email marketing and social media ads to drive website leads and increase engagement with our current customers.

You will be responsible for telling our brand's story on a daily basis. You will need a strong ability to conceptualize ad campaigns and write clear and concise copy-write. While you will have a junior graphic designer on your team to support you, we expect you to have a strong design background to help create new campaigns and edit existing ones.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and executive our marketing strategy to nurture potential customers to drive sales to our website
• Write and design ad campaigns from start to finish with the support of a junior graphic designer

Experience & Skills Required:

• Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and measuring effective marketing campaigns that drive e-commerce sales
• 3+ years of experience in marketing roles
• Command of marketing strategy fundamentals including buyer personas, buying journey, and competitive positioning
• Strong background with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Strong ability to stay organized while working on dozens of marketing campaigns under multiple brands at once
• Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail to tell the story of our brand to potential buyers
