Your responsibilities will include translating design wireframes into functional code that will produce visual elements of the application in multiple formats. This is an Agile team and you will build product-centric code, optimising applications for scalability and performance.
Skills
- Specialist (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SVG)
- Git (including Git flow)
- testing over bug finding
- ensures mobile first delivery
- knows and prefers Scrum, XP, Kanban methodologies
- understands the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD
- has experience developing client applications with GraphQL, RESTful or REST-like APIs etc
- Excellent communication and team player
- has a broad interest in diverse IT technologies and their use in business
It would be useful if you have understanding / experience in any of the following but not essential
- Vue.js / React / Angular / other JavaScript libraries or frameworks
- Node.js
- Gulp / Grunt / Webpack
- Unix / Linux environments
- GitLab / GitHub
