Senior Digital Data Analyst - Google Analytics, Tag Management, Visualisation Tools.

As data analyst you will be continuing to build out and embed our clients existing dashboards and databases relating to sales and customer interactions across the business. You will be required to document marketing and sales data in order to demonstrate ROI from existing marketing strategy in the business and evolve the roadmap, defining issues in the user journey.

Making the most of existing site functionality to further enhance the user journey and increase conversion, such as; encouraging more customers to use internal search, increasing the visibility and response rates for product reviews.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver and embed digital metrics across the global marketing team using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Data will be used to demonstrate the sequential client journey off the back of marketing campaigns, sales communication, through to client investment. You will have to use data to capture key successful activities of the marketing and sales team resulting in client conversion into a registered user or investment into a product.
  • Ensuring analytics data captured is of a high standard
  • Designing analytics and tagging solutions for the organisation and its partners
  • Working with campaign managers to successfully deliver multi-channel, multi-device marketing campaigns
  • Supporting distribution partners, retention team and acquisition marketing to improve efficiency of campaigns by producing ad hoc analysis via a range of analytical tools.
  • Contribute to improvement in user journeys and conversion funnel metrics across digital channels, to support ROI targets.
  • Deliver improved conversion rates on digital and grow channel contribution to business KPI's.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders such as commercial partners, UX, developers, media agencies etc to deliver production ready AB and MVT testing.

Skills

  • Experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Site Catalyst
  • Knowledge of UX and user behaviour across multiple digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of CMS systems and application of experiments or responsive design websites.
  • Understand basics of HTML and CSS.
