Senior Digital Change Lead

• Digital Change Lead working with an Agile team within the media sector
• Central London / Initial 6 month contract
• Digital mobile / web replatform

I have an opportunity for a Senior Digital Change Manager to join a market leader within the media sector. I am looking for someone who has experience defining a Change Management Plan for web and mobile transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Readiness and Impact Analysis
• New Ways of Working, Learning and Development
• Engagement with both the IT sponsors and other key stakeholders across the business, you will be a key influencer for both areas and need to be experienced in this a area.
• Working with the delivery team and key stakeholders across the business to define a Change Management Plan.

To be successful, you will have:

• Recent experience within the media sector, ideally assisting with significant digital transformations across web and mobile
• Working knowledge of relevant methodologies and frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Agile, Kanban, Scrum etc.)
• Extensive experience working with Product Developers, Change Analysts, BA's, Scrum Masters and members of digital teams
• An adaptable and energetic approach with extensive experience working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.

You will be working with Agile Delivery teams and will be confident in this type of environment. This is a significant and exciting transformation piece driving a change that is lead by improving the overall customer experience for end users.
