Senior DevOps Engineer | Digital Agency | Azure
Senior DevOps Engineer required by leading digital agency based in Bristol on a contract basis. This role will sit within a new delivery team that's being mobilised for a new project of work in 2020. Candidates should have exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and Azure environments.
My client is willing to offer some remote working for suitable candidates.
Experience required:
- Very strong understanding of the principals of DevOps
- Solid experience building containerisation environments and highly competent with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code/terraforming techniques and tools
- Highly capable with multiple scripting runtimes, such as PowerShell (and PowerShell Core) and bash, as well as CLI tooling such as Azure CLI, dotnet CLI and NPM CLI
- Experience using CI/CD including MS Build, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Team City and Octopus
- Highly capable with cloud hosting environments including Azure and AWS
