This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work

Senior Developer/Analyst (5-8 years) with hands-on knowledge of implementing/maintaining Charles River IMS portfolio management and trading platform (by CRD/State Street vendor) v18R1 or later.
Other requirements: Java, C#, batch scripting, Oracle and MS SQL Server
Knowledge of Financial industry, Investment management and trading.
Summary:
" Client Investments management technology team develops strategic portfolio management, trading and reporting solutions for Managed Investments business. The platform includes quantitative model optimization, Fixed income analytics, Charles River IMS and third party connectivity, transaction processing, and client reports.
" This role is for a hands-on senior Technical specialist to design, develop and support mission critical RDBMS for portfolio management & trading applications for the global 24x6 business. This is an excellent opportunities to work with top notch peers, make an architectural impact with key design decisions and leverage leading edge technologies & processes. The candidate will work closely with Portfolio managers, Traders and Quants in the in-house investment management group.

" Client Investment Management business managers, Portfolio managers, traders and Quants
" Colleagues in Client Private Bank supporting other products and strategic technology initiatives
" Peers in critical third party platforms such as CharlesRiver, Bloomberg, Northfield, Factset, SS&C, MarketAxess and TradeWeb, IDC, InvestorTools, ITG, TMC etc.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience:
" 15+ years of relevant work experience in Investment management technologies
" Knowledge of Financial areas such as Asset management, Global Equity, Fixed Income products and FX is highly desirable
" Expertise in Investment data management benchmark and analytics data, is strongly desired
" Strong RDBMS (Oracle / SqlServer) skills required, with expertise in large data sets, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripts
" Knowledge of design, development and deployment of Data warehouse and ETL/ELT solutions
" Experience in Java is a plus
" Experience in Northfield or MSCI Barra optimizer, FactSet, Bloomberg & CharlesRiver IMS is a plus.
