Position Description:

Conga is looking to hire a Senior Curriculum Developer to join the Education Services team. This is an exciting time in our organization following the merger of two leading SaaS companies. Come join our firm and help us lead the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) space. 

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops technical training content using a variety of delivery methods including instructor-led courses, virtual instructor-led courses, and online courses with assets such as hands-on exercises, videos, job-aids, interactive experiences, and assessments (knowledge checks and certification) to make learning fun and engaging 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that employs andragogical best practices and our team’s instructional design methodologies
  • Use MS Office, Articulate, the Adobe Creative suite, Camtasia and/or native authoring tools to create online content to facilitate learner engagement in our Learning Management System
  • Collaborate with technical instructors to enhance existing in-person courses with knowledge of graphic design and ILT/VILT best practices
  • Helps define team quality standards
  • Identify key competencies and levels of proficiency for the various customer roles/personas who interface with Conga solutions
  • Participates in content reviews to assure quality standards
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of curriculum assets
  • Deploy eLearning content in our LMS per specifications set by LMS administrator 
  • Contribute to course reporting and feedback analysis 
  • Maintain development documentation, notes, and files in accordance with the team’s folder structure and processes
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables with internal stakeholders throughout our iterative development process
  • Foster collaboration, partnerships, and relationships with constituencies across the business to understand role-specific use cases, unique nomenclature, technical processes, design considerations, upcoming product changes, and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Adept at consulting with subject matter experts, brokering relationships, and facilitating meetings to achieve desired outcomes 
  • Working knowledge of adult learning, performance support, and instructional design theory
  • Demonstrated proficiency with authoring and content management toolsVideo production software (Camtasia, Audition, Premiere, etc.)eLearning authoring (Articulate Rise and Storyline)Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience leading course development projects end-to-end: from needs analysis through deployment and ongoing evaluation
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with graphic design in an instructional design context
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at one time
  • Ability to effectively manage time in a remote work setting
  • Able to accept constructive feedback of work
  • Interest in continuous improvement and commitment to maintaining skills
  • Possess/willingness to gain in-depth Conga product knowledge
