Digital Business Analyst - Mobile/ Scrum/ Agile
An experienced Senior/ Lead Business Analyst is required by an established organisation based in London, where you will be joining their existing Digital and Scrum teams, and work closely with the Product Owner to author user stories and assist with story prioritisation and define the MVP.
The Senior Digital Business Analyst (Mobile) will be expected to write stories that are ready for Dev, work with Development and test to ensure they are clear, concise and meet ready for development standards. The successful candidate is expected to quickly grasp how the business operates, business processes and their associated metrics with a view to identifying and defining opportunities for improvement.
The Agile Business Analyst (Mobile) will be expected to efficiently decompose broadly defined ideas/ functions into high-level epics and stories to build a well organised Product Backlog that can be logically grouped.You will also be required to liaise directly with developers and testers to ensure stories are easily understood, estimated and testable.
Along with being an Agile enthusiast, with strong familiarity with all stages of Agile software, the Senior Digital Business Analyst will also have excellent experience working on Mobile projects. Other skills/ experience include the following: * An expert user of Jira * Strong technical knowledge, including architectural models and approaches, database technologies, development methodologies, testing and infrastructure * Demonstrable experience in process and data modelling, requirements capture and analysis * Good appreciation of systems design * Able to facilitate workshops, lead discussions and gain consensus views on decisions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills
PLEASE NOTE: This role will require you to travel to the Basingstoke as and when required (likely once a week).
