I have been asked to identify a Senior Backend Developer for a leading European Client on a long term contract. The role is fully remote.

• Software Security

Tasking and deliverables

• Software development using modern design patterns (OOP, MVC, MVVC, Microservices, etc)
• Unit tests
• Deployment pipelines
• Software integration
• Documentation
• Support creation of User stories

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with building Back End web applications using Java, Python, and geo-spatial technologies
• At least 5 years of experience with Linux and public cloud technology
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile software development
• At least 3 years of experience with container based development and deployment automation
• At least 2 years of experience with micro services architectures
• At least 5 years of experience with version control and git
• Good level of spoken and written English
