Description / Responsibilities:
This role is with our client, a Global Entertainment / Media Enterprise.
This is a hands-on role, requiring skills from the hardware to the application layer.
- Provide expertise and technical leadership while collaborating with security specialists, program managers, developers and all levels of management to execute on strategic and tactical goals to improve security of applications, software code, and infrastructure.
- Perform automation, configuration management, and develop infrastructure as code (e.g. Python, Bash, Kubernetes, Chef)
- Deploy an internally developed solution and scale it to support projected demand
- Modify/optimize existing code base leveraging scripting languages; experience with Python necessary
- Knowledge of information security components, principles, practices, and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working with major cloud environments (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Extensive experience with major source code repos solutions (i.e. github, gitlab)
- Experience with Python scripting, configuration management, containerization (e.g Kubernetes, Docker), automation (Chef, Terraform, CloudFormation), software build and deployment orchestration, and continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)
- 5-10 years DevOps experience in large global organizations

- Recommend innovative solutions for management and key stakeholders
Required Education:
BS or equivalent

Position is remote to start- but will be onsite when we are at that point of return to work. This will sit in Seattle
