This role will be working fully remote. Once COVID is better it might require some work in the Bloomington location at times or an occasional trip to Marshall but will always have a large portion of remote work even post COVID-19.
Need a Scrum Master who also has Project Management skills. The client is wanting a Player/Coach who can do the work and mentor others. The person must have very strong business knowledge. They don't want someone who has only worked on IT projects. They don't want an order taker or box checker they need someone who can have conversations with business stakeholders and different departments and assist with strategy, breaking down the work and assist with getting things done in a very collaborative environment.
They have the portfolios in place and they are developing the product teams. They are using SAFe and Agile is fairly new in the company and this person needs to help drive things forward. Person should have been involved with past Agile implementations. Need the consultant to be a coach for the business and be a Scrum Master for a few teams. They are moving at a fast pace and this person needs to be flexible and highly collaborative in working with others and use strengths from everyone. This person must be an excellent communicator. Resumes should show Scrum Master and coaching experience. They also should show PM experience and business knowledge/projects not entirely just IT. Need some SAFe experience and or certification.
