Scrum Master - Agile Coach 9 Months Glasgow 375- 450 Outside IR35

Parity Group Plc are excited to be partnered with a renowned public sector client of ours based in Glasgow who requires an experienced Scrum Master -Agile Coach to join their team on a contract basis for 9-months. You will be responsible for ensuring the Agile teams live agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use on the project , ensuring deliverables are on schedule.

You will be required to work remotely until safe for office working.

Role responsibilities

• Defining project scope to the team
• Coaching on Agile methodologies across the team
• Agile Practice/Procedures
• Planning project target
• Preparing the work schedule for the team
• Defining the resource requirements for the project
• Preparing the budget
• Mitigating the risks
• Monitoring the plans
• Managing relationships with the client and the stakeholders
• Scheduling the daily Scrum meeting
• Managing Scrum process responsibly

Desirable experience:

• Experience in a Scrum Master role using Agile methodologies
• A minimum of 5 years Scrum Manager experience is desirable using Agile
• An understanding of Kanban framework, SAFe framework.
• Experience within public sector projects or Asset Management
• Good understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques
• Strong report writing/drafting skills.
