An experiential marketing agency that builds immersive experiences for some pretty amazing brands. We take a project and build something completely unique for each of our partners. WHAT YOU’*LL DO *

  • Assist with implementation of Agile process, principles and practices across within the development department and other departments as needed
  • Lead development team to incorporate Scrum practices and procedures within development life-cycle
  • Manage a team of engineers, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure efficiency and completion of project objectives and deliverables
  • Collaborate with experiential and digital production to develop project work plans
  • Create project plans for milestones and delivery metrics
  • Collaborate with digital productions and other stakeholders to create epics, user stories, etc.
  • Remove impediments from team to increase productivity
  • Own and manage project management tool for development team and in collaboration across departments
  • Act as point of contact for the development team regarding questions, updates, and project hand-offs ensuring quality, timely and on budget delivery of projects
  • Maintain awareness of the clients’ needs and project parameters so that implementation activities do not interfere with business operations
  • Facilitate daily stand up meetings with project team

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
  • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
  • Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm to learn and expand skills on the job
