Scrum Master

Marcus Donald are currently looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join a financial client in Canary Wharf.

You will manage various complex projects across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:

• Organise and manage daily stand up meetings, reviews and sprint planning.
• Being able to support the product development process
• Keep track and communicate team velocity & sprint/release progress
• Deliver management with high level tracking tools which monitor the progress on and across various work streams.
• To ensure the build machines and software is kept up to date
• Assisting the team on self-organising

Education/Experience Requirements for Scrum Master:

• Strong commercial experience as a Scrum Master and ideally have a certification
• Ability to know technical issues at a high level
• Extensive agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP)
• Manage multiple project under Agile Methodology
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Experience working with Global Teams
• Ideally have a strong C# .Net Development experience/background.
• Experience in the Finance Sector
• Proficient in SQL
• Having the experience to troubleshoot build issue in Teamcity
