Scala Developer Scala / Agile / XP Practices / Public Sector / 6-month Project / Outside IR35 / £500 - £550 Per Day (Negotiable based on experience)About An enticing 6-month project has just come through from one of the fastest growing government consultancies in the country. This client is trusted within the Public Sector and have grown their current team to over 300 people, which they are looking to double by the end of 2022. The suitable candidate for this role will be passionate about transforming major Public Sector Clients and will be open minded and happy to learn new technologies (With support from team members and senior management). You will ideally have exposure to;

  • Communicating clearly in a team providing technical solutions
  • experience operating in a team of experienced Scala Developers
  • Previous experience working in the Public/ Government sector
  • Deploying Software using TDD

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience operating with Scala
  • Have skills in designing and implementing multi-tier applications using web-based technologies like Spring Boot or Play Framework
  • Experience in deploying software using TDD techniques, allowing you to produce simple clean code
  • Strong knowledge of Json and RESTful architectures
  • Tech Stack - Scala, Agile, Spring Boot, RESTful, TDD, NoSQL, XP Practices
