We need Scala Developer its a 100% Remote position.

Role: Scala Developer

Location: Bentonville, AR, (100% Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

· The Resource will be working on back end development of an application that is responsible for the reconciliation of transaction.

· The Ideal candidate must process strong background on backend development technologies.

· The Ideal candidate must process excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain expert and technical experts in the team

· this will be individual contributor role and be expected to work without supervision from day one with high level directions from a technical lead of scrum master.

· Though the preferred location is Bentonville, AR, we are open for remote work options for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities will include:

· Create a real time event streaming and complex event process sing platform.

· Understanding of how to build modular and scalable solution Architectures.

· Integrating multiple technologies and data sources.

· Working with Agile development teams.

· Troubleshoots business and production issues by gathering information.

· Performing Root cases analysis to reduce future issues.

· Working in DevOps model.

Requirements:

· 5+ Years of Java development experience.

· min 3+ years of hand on experience in projects in scala Kafka.

· Must have worked on Play AKKA framework.

· Expertise in tool kits Akka, SBT Parser Lift JSOn.

· Server side experience in JDBC, JSP, SAX DOM, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, JAXB.

· Must be able to write complex SQL statements

Should be able to demonstrate experience in

· SCM Git, SVN, Clearcase good understanding of JVM

· Build Nant, sbt, FMake, NuGet, gulp

· Application containers Apache, Tomcat, Jetty

· Web Web logic5.x,6.x, Websphere3.5, 4, Play Framework, Spray

· Should have worked in Azure or Google or AWS environment.

· Experience in NoSQL solution such as MongoDB or Cassandra will be plus..

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
