CCP Global is seeking a passionateand enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organizationalskills and a strong sense of customer care to be a full time ImplementationConsultant within our Ariba Cloud software solution consulting practice. The ImplementationConsultant under general direction, is responsible for all aspects of theprojects and provides a single point of contact. Employees in thisposition take implementations from original concept through completion,develops and directs detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates,spending, resource plans, and status reports. Within each project’sprofessional services organization, the successful candidate will workclosely with analysts, product managers, key account executives and customerproject teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.

Duties include but are not limitedto:

Responsible for the overalltechnical implementation of Ariba On Demand spend management solution software.

Conducts project meetings and isresponsible for project tracking and analysis.

Perform due diligence to gain athorough understanding of client’s organization and workflow

Defining the project scope, projectplan, time frames and the required resources.

Follow CCP Global implementationmethodology for all customers and tailor to meet each customer’s uniquebusiness needs.

Determine client configurationrequirements and guide client toward best practices

Coordinate with Systems Integrationto ensure all client requirements can be met

Ensures adherence to qualitystandards and reviews project deliverables to ensure

Compliance with current businessstrategies.

Provide strong technicalunderstanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate thefull platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.

Support the processes, andprocedures that radically reduce customer implementation cycle time andeliminate opportunities for deployment defects

Provides analytical guidance toproject team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutionsof problems.

Work closely with customers astheir technical advisor during the implementation phase

Coordinate client training and leadaccount transfer to Client Management after successful implementation

Provides coaching/mentoring toothers on project management principles and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

• Ability to travel when expected(Yearly average 50%, some months are more/less than others)

• At least one year of Ariba OnDemand experience

• Have conducted or been part of atleast one Ariba On Demand end to end implementation

• Client facing presence andexperience interacting with multiple levels within an organization, includingexecutive leadership

• Strong technical and analyticalaptitude including ability to understand software configuration and datastructures

• Possess the skills necessary toenter into a new client and perform an assessment of the organizational needs

• Experience managing projects,monitoring and reporting progress, and exceeding client expectations

• Identify critical success factorsand ensure all are met during implementation

• Ability to understand and documentbusiness practices and procedures

• Ability to deliver projectssuccessfully under fixed time constraints

• Thrive on collaborating with theimplementation team as well as internal and external customers
