Position Description/Duties
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build high performing customized solutions in SFDC that support business requirements
Provide insight for advanced business analysis
Assist project leadership in the estimation of work effort, determination of required
resources, and set a realistic schedule for development
Assist with technical design and documentation
Conduct development work streams, from design through testing and deployment
Develop applications including configuration, report development and data migration
Perform custom development and 3rd party integrations
Implement solutions that adhere to Force.com platform best practices
Perform peer code reviews
Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
Assist with UAT and requirement validation
Perform migration of changes to production
Assist client teams post-delivery in supporting clients and the live application
Perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning clients for long term success
Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks
• U.S. Citizenship + must be clearable to Public Trust level
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science (or equivalent) • 2+ years experience applying Apex coding/development skills in Salesforce
environments
• Experience with Java programming
• Experience with integrations and data migrations through the use of
middleware tools (including APEX Data Loader)
• SFDC certification (any)
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team • Excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com platform best practices
• Understanding of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) generally and Salesforce.com specifically
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
